What is a juice cleanse?
A juice cleanse is a liquid only diet for a short period of time.
Why should I cleanse?
Cleanses help your digestive system work more effectively, increase energy and help the body absorb more vitamins and nutrients. People do juice cleanses for many different reasons like detoxing, weight loss, breaking a bad habit or kick starting an exercise program, cleanses leave you feeling refreshed from within.
How do you start a juice cleanse?
Each of our cleanses is made up of six juices per day and an Elixir Shot, which is a small wellness beverage with higher amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
First, choose how long you’ll want to do the juice cleanse. We offer 1-day | 3-day | 5-day | 7-day cleanses. It is recommended to cleanse at a time when you can have your workload and stress reduced so you can enjoy the process.
Second, select the juice cleanse that’s right for you. We offer cleanses that cater to first-time cleansers to intermediate juicers and the most committed looking for the deepest detox. There’s a juice cleanse for the active person who wants to detox while keeping up with daily workouts and a juice cleanse for those looking to slim down, reduce bloating and have more energy.
Third, pick up your juice. Pick up supply for each day or all at once.
Lastly, space our your juices every 2-3 hours apart, but listen to your body and stay hydrated between each juice.
Which cleanse is right for me?

Can I work out while cleansing?
We encourage you to get plenty of rest, lighten your workload and try to do low intensity exercise like yoga or light walks.
Can expecting women cleanse?
Please ask your health care provider if a juice cleanse is OK for you while expecting or nursing.
Is there anything I can do to prepare?
Yes, we believe preparation for your juice cleanse is just as important as the juice cleanse itself. Be sure you are hydrating yourself with plenty of water leading up to your juice cleanse. We recommend eliminating meats and poultry, refined starches, dairy products, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and sugar. Eat whole foods including veggies, fruits, soups and nuts (almonds and cashews). If you are craving meat, try whitefish instead.
Do you lose weight on a juice cleanse?
Everybody is different but most people will experience weight loss while cleansing.
What does a 1-day juice cleanse do?
A 1-day juice cleanse will clear out unwanted toxins and reboot your system. It is like taking a mental health day for your body.
Is it possible to do a juice cleanse and also eat food?
You may feel a little uncomfortable at times during your cleanse as the body is getting used to digesting only pure nutrients. If you find yourself needing to eat something, try drinking a veggie broth or eating raw veggies or fruit slices.
